For UK Oders

All orders are usually dispatched the same day for items currently held in stock, providing we receive your order before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday with the exception of English public holidays. But if this is not possible, they will be dispatched the next working day. Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. 

 

The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. If you haven't received your order within the estimated shipping time frames, please contact us. All goods require a signature and will need to be signed for on delivery.

Important Custom Notice

We cannot guarantee that orders shipping outside the United Kingdom will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges typically must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please take this notice into consideration before placing your order for delivery to locations outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery Carriers 

Standard shipping orders will be delivered with either UPS, Royal Mail, or Yodel. Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package.
